Buying plants online can feel like a leap. Below you’ll find answers about shipping timelines, seed orders, bare root arrivals, and what to expect after planting. If you’re still unsure, just email me — I’m happy to help.

  • Each product page includes:

    • Common planting mistakes

    We believe gardening should feel encouraging — not intimidating.

  • We offer simple flat-rate seed shipping:

    • 1–2 packets: $3
    • 3–6 packets: $5
    • 7+ packets: Free

    Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Seed orders ship separately from bare root plants, even if ordered together.

    Seeds are packed in protective envelopes and mailed via USPS First Class Mail in rigid or padded packaging to prevent bending.

  • Seed orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

    During launch periods or seasonal releases, please allow a few additional days for processing.

  • Seeds and bare root plants follow different shipping schedules and handling requirements.

    To ensure quality and proper timing, seed orders are fulfilled independently from plant shipments.

    If you order both, you may receive two separate tracking confirmations.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or internationally.

    (Some states may have plant restrictions; we comply with applicable agricultural regulations.)

    We do not ship internationally.

  • Due to the nature of seeds as a living product, we do not accept returns on opened seed packets.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

    If you experience poor germination, we are happy to help troubleshoot. Germination depends heavily on growing conditions.

  • We source seed from reputable professional growers. Germination rates meet industry standards. Individual germination success may vary depending on sowing conditions.

  • Unless otherwise noted, seeds are not sold as certified organic.
